Do act mysterious. It always keeps them coming back for more
Ever since childhood, I have been open about many things but quite a mystery in a majority of my life’s affairs. This has taken root in my nature as a person.
I believe If you want to keep people interested in you or what you’re doing, it’s good to have a bit of an air of mystery about you. And when you think about it, there’s actually some truth to that.
Why are we drawn to mystery?
Essentially, it’s because it taps into our natural curiosity. When we come across something that we don’t fully understand or can’t explain, it can be really intriguing. It’s like a puzzle that we want to solve – we can’t help but be drawn to it. And when it comes to people, that can be particularly true. If someone seems mysterious or like they have a hidden side, it can be really intriguing and make us want to get to know them better.
But it’s not just about being intriguing for the sake of it, it’s about building a sense of intrigue. It’s about keeping people guessing and wanting to know more about you. And when it comes to relationships, it’s important to maintain that sense of mystery.
When people know everything about you, the relationship can become stale and boring. But when there’s always something new to discover, it keeps things exciting.
Another thing to consider is that being mysterious can also be a way to protect yourself. If you’re not revealing everything about yourself right away, it can be a way to keep your cards close to your chest and make sure that you’re not getting hurt. It’s like a defense mechanism that can be used to keep people at arm’s length until you’re sure they’re worth letting in.
Of course, it’s important to remember that being mysterious doesn’t mean being deceitful. It’s not about lying or keeping things from people on purpose. It’s about being selective about what you reveal and when you reveal it. It’s about maintaining a sense of intrigue without being dishonest.
A little bit of mystery can be a good thing. It taps into people’s natural curiosity and can keep relationships exciting and interesting. It can also be used as a defense mechanism to protect oneself while building trust.
It’s important to note that it’s not about being deceitful, but being selective about what one reveals. It’s all about maintaining a balance and not revealing everything at once.
