Most psychotherapists are more mentally ill than their clients

One of society’s most popular scams, yet everyone and their mother recommends therapy and crucifies you if you even suggest an alternative. Trust me you are fine until you see a therapist.

The most effective solutions are the least popular because they require hard work.

If curing mental illness were as easy as sitting in a recliner once a week and talking about your traumas, we’d live in a utopian society where everything was rainbows and butterflies.

Sit the most mentally stable person you know in front of a therapist for one hour. They will walk out of that room with a diagnosis.

It’s all bull$h#t.

Chasing ghosts and creating problems where there aren’t any. Why? Because, hint hint, it’s very profitable to do so.

The alternative?

Read the books psychotherapists study. Be the judge of your own mental state, not someone who makes a living from pronouncing you ill.

And most importantly, put in the work where you’ll see the most return.

90% of mental health problems are a lifestyle issue.
